Jessica advocates for whole-building design, in which the users’ journey through the space supports an experiential relationship to the client’s core values. She views technology as an essential component of the built environment - one that must be thoughtfully integrated into user workflows and fully coordinated across all disciplines to successfully support occupants and bring a client’s vision to life.

With a multidisciplinary background in the AEC and technology planning industry, Jessica brings a well-rounded, strategic perspective to design and delivery. Her ability to bridge technical, architectural, and operational conversations enables clear communication across the entire project team and supports consistent quality execution.

As Managing Director, Jessica takes ownership of strategizing, organizing, and streamlining internal resources—creating efficiencies, repeatable processes, and scalable systems that drive consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients across all verticals.
