MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jessica advocates for whole-building design, in which the users’ journey through the space supports an experiential relationship to the client’s core values. She see’s technology as an integral part of today’s built environment and user workflows; in order to successfully serve the users of the space and bring forth our client’s vision, technology must be incorporated with a mindful approach and coordinated with all disciplines. Jessica’s multidisciplinary experience in the industry equips her with a diversified perspective in design, and enables her to effectively communicate amongst the entre project team ensuring quality execution of projects.

Jessica takes ownership of strategizing, organizing and streamlining internal resources to create efficiencies and repeatable processes in order to produce consistent output for all clients in all verticals.

Michael-Brown

PRACTICE LEADER

Michael aligns technology and workflow, and believes technology systems must blend seamlessly with the human process to enhance the end users’ experience at every stage. He is skilled at leading discussions at a fundamental level in order to extract user workflow requirements, and then translate that into appropriate system specification and technical coordination. He has a passion for leveraging existing technology investments and adapting them to new use cases in order to preserve existing capital investments. Michael leverages his background in IT to communicate system requirements and ensure they are properly planned for in all aspects of design and integration.

PROJECT CONSULTANT

Kellen excels at project management and data gathering in order to deliver purpose-driven and well-designed solutions. His proactive and systematic approach in extracting project goals and translating them into actionable plans ensures thorough and timely project execution. His background in network engineering and healthcare communication systems provides a significant advantage to understanding the IT infrastructure and end-user workflows in all built environments. Kellen uses his experience and perpetual quest for more and more knowledge to ensure ideas become realities.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Randi is an active listener and an effective multi-tasker. She uses her meticulous attention to detail and eagerness to learn new processes to benefit each project she takes part in. She brings team resources together by forging “Who is doing what, and by when”. These organizational skills enable her to maintain detailed records of communications, and ensures the team aligns project schedules and meets all deliverables. Randi is proficient in Autodesk Revit and Cloud Collaboration softwares, allowing the team to collaborate efficiently with the overall design team. She is critical to the overall organization and productivity of the team.

CHRIS HOLLAR

CONTRACT CONSULTANT, RCDD

As an RCDD and former low-voltage integrator, Chris understands the complexity of integrating technology systems into the built environment, and ensures the design is feasible, efficient, and cost-effective. He applies his experience to effectively communicate the design intent to the field systems integrators, and ensures quality and orderly installation. Chris has a keen eye for proper installation, and is able to identify issues before they become obstacles.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

With over 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry, Brandon is a trailblazer in implementing cutting-edge BIM technologies, standards, and methodologies in order to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality documentation. He is highly proficient in Autodesk softwares, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and the list goes on, and on, and on, and on. Named “The Wizard”, he keeps our team up to speed with the latest tools and technologies, and keeps us in check by developing and maintaining company production standards.

PHOG

MORALE MANAGER

Phog brings the fun! He believes that a great game of fetch is the best way to keep the team balanced during the day - a little break for some exercise is great for productivity. He also champions the office snack bar, and ensures there is a treat for everyone’s taste. When challenges arise, Phog has a way of maintaining a calm, cool and collected state, and is ready to turn any frown upside-down.
